Why We Built Docuscry
Docuscry was founded by a data engineer who spent years building ETL pipelines and managing complex data infrastructure. After repeatedly experiencing the pain of searching through scattered documentation - deployment guides buried in Slack threads, troubleshooting steps lost in old tickets, architecture decisions trapped in someone's head - the problem became impossible to ignore.
The final straw came during an incident response when it took 45 minutes to find a critical runbook that should have been accessible in seconds. That delay cost the company money, frustrated the team, and could have been avoided with better knowledge infrastructure.
